With over 28 years of customer service experience and a lifelong passion for sport, leadership, and personal development, I created Hardyardz Fit to help people build stronger bodies and healthier lifestyles through consistency and sustainable habits.
As an ex semi-professional footballer and someone who believes strongly in the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, I understand the importance of discipline, resilience, accountability, and long-term progression.
My coaching style focuses on:
